Refund policy

 

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not happy with your prodcut, please get in touch. within 14 days of receipt. Our  returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you are not sure about the fit, we suggest you order another size before making a return, so that you can compare and decide which one you prefer. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It is possible to try the gloves without detaching the cardboard packaging

To complete your return,  please contact us on info@dogloves.uk to request a returns number. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please enclose this with your item. please post the item back to us (we  suggest 2nd class signed for) and when we receive the item in good condition we will refund you for the item. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send it back to:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Products with signs of use 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will be refunded for the goods, but not the shipping that you paid.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet and we have sent you a refund notifcation,  first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for tanother size, it is simplest to just order the size you need and send back the one you do not need. if you have any queries,  send us an email at info@balletpro.co.uk and send your item to: The Old Sunday School, Chapel Street, Waterbeach Cambridge GB CB259HR.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product (and the receipt/ proof of purchase) to: dogloves.world,  The Old Sunday School, Chapel Street, Waterbeach Cambridge GB CB259HR

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
