Carefully designed gloves to solve all the problems faced by dog walkers in the winter!
No more walking with one hand exposed, or constantly taking your gloves on and off to:
- administer treats,
- open poo bags,
- adjust harnesses or
- use your phone.
Now you can have both hands toasty warm, and just have your first 2 fingers of your preferred hand exposed, so you can do all those tricky little moves easily while staying warm and dry.
- Flexible water-resistant outer layer,
- Luxuriously warm inner layer.
- Removable fingertips of fingers 1&2 on both hands, fastened to stay out of the way by secure press studs (or magnets in size medium- see note below)
- Non-snag velcro at the wrist to keep everything snug
We have 3 VERSIONS of the gloves.
Version 1 is the original version, made with press stud fastening- almost sold out and replaced with improved version 3
Version 2 -The finger flap is fastened with small magnets rather than press studs. This means that they are very easy to pop back, but when the gloves are new, a bit tight, the finger not sufficiently exposed, or the finger is bent, the magnet tends to release. This is not exactly as we planned, as the magnets are a bit small and not in the right position, but does not affect the function of the glove in any way. Your finger will still be exposed and shouldn't be an issue for most users. I have been using mine without any difficulty, with the flap unsecured! (see photos)
If you are buying a gift for someone, we would not recommend Version 2
Version 3- Our latest and best version- has bigger stronger magnets which are well placed so they stay in position much better when flapped back. see last video in series.
Please note, when the gloves are new, the fabric is a bit stiffer, so sometimes the magnets don't stay put but as they soften it works well.
SIZING- size chart below
We envisage XS, Small and Medium to be for ladies. And Large and X-Large to be for men.
I am a woman and wear glove size 7, and use size Small or Medium. My hands /fingers are slim. In a small the fit is quite snug, but if it’s really chilly I prefer the medium as it is more roomy around the fingers for good air layer and insulation. I can fit into the small, but the fingers feel tighter.
If you are a woman with larger hands, I would probably suggest a large.
We now have an XXS small with shorter fingers but the same hand size as small.
You can try your gloves on without removing the packaging, so please check the size before removing packaging. Returns will not be accepted without packaging intact
